If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, sirena + and the sea will accept returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the return is within 30 days and the item is in its original condition, a full sirena store credit or exchange will be issued.
When returning your item, please include the original packing slip. If you no longer have it, include the order number, billing name, and billing address on a separate piece of paper. The item being returned should be protected and securely packed to prevent damage in shipping.

Damaged Goods and Repairs
All work is guaranteed, but as with any vintage, reclaimed, and recycled material, there are natural discrepancies associated. Please handle with care. In the event that a piece needs repair within the first 30 days, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any repair question you may have. Once an item is returned, you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed for product malfunction or improper care/abuse.
If sirena + the sea determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your jewelry will be repaired or replaced. If sirena + determines the damage was caused by other reasons, repair charges may apply.
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for any repairs.
If the wrong order was sent to you, please indicate the problem on your packing slip and sirena + the sea will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back. When the return has been received, the correct item will be shipped within 1 business day.
Pieces are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping.
